I just attended a core law class at our local Emerald Coast Association of Realtors, and found out that home inspectors will be required to be licensed effective January 1, 2010. This is great news for Realtors and buyers and sellers alike…we will know the home inspectors are using the proper information and are held accountable for their actions. This new law will provide protection for the consumers…
